Kingdom Mysteries International is an American-based religious organization with a strong commitment to humanitarian services.
For a significant period, KMI has been actively involved in providing free medical camps to under served communities in Kenya. Recognizing the growing need for more sustainable and impactful support, KMI is seeking to establish an NGO wing that will focus on humanitarian and community development initiatives in East Africa.
KMI Foundation will be a dynamic and compassionate non governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to transforming lives and communities in Kenya. Founded as an extension of Kingdom Mysteries International, the mission will be to bring hope, health, and empowerment to the under served and deserving populations of Kenya.
Guided by the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Collaboration and Sustainability, its key mandate will be to support the less fortunate on different capacities including: offering free health services and implementing community development projects such as education, housing, water sanitation & hygiene (WASH).
KMI’s commitment to its mission of incorporating Christian principles into its humanitarian work was evident in the compassionate and respectful care provided to all participants. The organization’s dedication to eradicating poverty and building healthy spirits was reflected not only in the medical services offered but also in the psychological support provided to address the emotional well-being of the beneficiaries.

Our work
Proposal for the Development of a Level 4 Community Hospital with Surgical Facilities in Ngong Merichu, Kenya.
Kingdom Mysteries International proposes the establishment of a Level 4 Community Hospital in Ngong Merichu, Kenya, aimed at addressing the critical healthcare needs of the populations we serve in various villages in Kenya through voluntary health care services from professional providers.
This facility will feature an operating room specifically designed for minor surgeries, providing essential services for patients with conditions such as lipomas, cataracts, and those requiring reconstructive surgeries like cleft lip repairs.
By focusing on these referral cases, the hospital will not only alleviate the burden on existing healthcare facilities but also ensure that individuals in dire need receive timely and compassionate care.
Our vision is to create a sustainable healthcare environment that empowers the communities we serve through improved access to medical services, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for residents and fostering a healthier future for all. With donors this vision can be realized.
